Routine Maintenance of all MEP Services:
- Scheduled inspections, checking & servicing of the Systems, all MEP Services and Fire Systems and maintaining them in full operational condition at all times in accordance with the manufacturer’s Operation and Maintenance literature and industry standards, as a minimum.
- Installation of all spare parts/consumables.
- Preparation & timely submission of detailed Annual Planned Preventive Maintenance plan together with the current condition snag report.
- Emergency call out service including public holidays as per contract conditions.
